Shipping is available in the United States only.
All items are shipped USPS.

All orders are processed for shipment the following Monday or Tuesday in order to avoid, whenever possible, products sitting over the weekend in unknown temperature environments. If you need something sooner, please contact me and I will do my best to accommodate. If Herbal Oasis is experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be slightly delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, I will contact you. (Thank you for understanding – I am a one-person operation!)

I am committed to recycling as much as possible. I re-use all boxes and packing materials received from my raw material suppliers. If I have to buy packing materials, I buy biodegradable peanuts.

Return Policy

Since ‘Smellovision’ isn’t possible through the internet, I have done my best to provide thorough descriptions of the products and scents so that you will know what to expect from your purchase. When scenting my products, I follow appropriate dilution standards for your safety. Due to the nature of these types of products and inability to control what happens to products once they are shipped, returns are not accepted. If your package or product is damaged in transit, please contact me within 2 days of receipt and we can determine together the best course of action.
